Overview - Visual Studio Extension

WonderLeak can be integrated directly into Microsoft Visual Studio 2017 and Visual Studio 2019 as an extension. The Visual Studio extension can be installed automatically when you run the WonderLeak distributions installer.

You can find the extensions VSIX package in the WonderLeak installation folder, e.g. C:\Program Files\WonderLeak\WonderLeakVS.vsix, and you can install the extension manually by double clicking on the VSIX file.

You can access the WonderLeak extension via the Extensions menu in the Visual Studio main menu bar.

• File Open... - Display an open dialog box to open a previously saved WonderLeak session.
• File Save... - Save the current WonderLeak session.
• File Save As... - Save the current WonderLeak session as a new file.
• Start New Session... - Builds the current active solution configuration and then displays the New Session dialog to configure and start a new profiling session.
• Start New Session Without Building... - Display the New Session dialog to configure and start a new profiling session.
• Show WonderLeak Tool Window... - Shows the main WonderLeak tool window.
• Settings... - Display the WonderLeak Settings dialog.
• View Help... - View the WonderLeak help documentation.
• About - Display the WonderLeak about dialog.
